Anthony Paul Beke, known professionally as Anton Du Beke, was born on July 20, 1966, in Sevenoaks, Kent, England. His passion for dance ignited at an early age when he started ballroom dancing lessons at just 13. By the time he was in his early 20s, Du Beke had already made a name for himself in the competitive ballroom dance circuit, winning numerous national and international titles.

Du Beke achieved tremendous success in both ballroom and Latin dance competitions. He is a two-time British National Champion in Ballroom and six-time British National Champion in Latin.
