TMZ has reported that George Eads, the star of the CBS police drama CSI, has requested joint custody of his daughter, Dylan, while his ex-wife, Casey, has asked the court to grant her sole physical custody.
Eads, 51, has been a regular on CSI since the show's inception in 2000. Casey, whose age and occupation are not publicly known, filed for divorce from Eads in 2015. The couple's daughter, Dylan, was born in 2014.
According to TMZ, Casey is arguing that Eads' work schedule and frequent travel would make it difficult for him to provide a stable and consistent home for Dylan. Eads, on the other hand, is reportedly confident that he can balance his work and family life.
The court is expected to make a decision on the custody arrangements in the coming weeks.
